We know it’s hard to keep on top of work, training, nutrition and daily life so we've put together a members scheme to allow us to look after you and keep you doing what you love.
You don't have to be an athlete or injured to take advantage if you just want some time out and a sports massage that’s ok!

We have three options for you to choose from:
Option 1
This option is aimed at those with long term issues, patients that need a little more than a massage for monthly maintenance or those who need to concentrate on return from injury/surgery.
£100 per month (RRP £120)

1 Hour: £42 (RRP £47)

Online Programming / Individual Rehab Programming
£100 for 12 weeks
We offer individual rehabilitation programming for anyone who is injured, coming back from injury, and pre and post-surgery.Our programming is all done via an app that will give you your schedule for the week with videos of each exercise as well as access to one of our team members 24/7 should you have any questions.
Terms & Conditions
- Sessions can only be used by the named individual on the plan.
- Max 2 sessions per week.
- Leaving sessions to the last minute: whilst every attempt to book the individual in will be made, if the individual leaves it until the last calendar month to book their remaining sessions in, Function First will offer 3 possible slots but if the individual cannot make these slots the session will not rollover.
- If the individual arrives late to their appointment, the appointment will still end on time.
- Sessions not used will not roll over to the following month.
- Any additional sessions will be charged at the full rate minus any discounts applicable.
- Failure to pay the monthly amount will result in full payment for treatments.
- Payment via Direct Debit only.
- Failure to make monthly payment results in a termination of the contract, if individual wishes to continue the scheme it will be at the discretion of Function First and may result in the patient being put on a waiting list until space is available.
- The individual may cancel at any time after 3 months with no fee, but at least 30 days before the next payment is due.
- Function First has the right to terminate the scheme at any time, with 30 days' notice and payments will be refunded if applicable.
- Individuals may be seen by any therapists of Function First that are included in their scheme. for example, if you are an Option 2 massage scheme member you will be seen by one of our massage therapists only and not our Osteopath. If you are on our option 1 you will be seen by our Osteopaths or a massage therapist.
- An extra charge will be applicable for treatment using shockwave therapy or taping.
- It is the named individual’s responsibility to contact Function First to book appointments, we will keep a record of attended sessions but will not remind individuals of their sessions.
Cancellation Policy
- 24 hours notice is needed for the cancelation of sessions. Any cancelations within 24 hours will count towards the monthly total of sessions.
- Any sessions booked and not attended will count towards the monthly total of sessions.
- If an individual cancels an appointment within the last 3 days of the month, Function First may not have space to fill the appointment and it will not roll over to the following month.
- The minimum duration of the scheme is 3 months, if a patient cancels before this time they will be charged the outstanding balance. After 3 months a patient can cancel anytime with no fee, but at least 30 days before the next payment is due.
